Many people only know what a temp agency is through Ryan Howard on the television show The Office. Judging from the integrity of this character, you may not think very highly of temp agencies. Yet, they can be very helpful. Hopefully, in this article we can shed light on some of the myths and show the true benefit of using one.

WHAT IS A TEMP AGENCY?

Primarily, temp agencies help individuals quickly find a job that fits their skills and personality. They are dedicated to place job seekers in an array of different industries and companies. Usually, companies seek out agencies to fill open positions within their company. It’s the temp agency’s role to locate the qualified candidate. 

WHAT ABOUT A STAFFING AGENCY?
